Comfy Boot

Style is appealing and comfortable Love the gray color. Didn't give the boot a 5 star only because the glue job by the sole is a bit shoddy. The 2nd pair I ordered was better.

Ordering

I love Macy’s, but I despise ordering online from them. You order something, they tell you it’s on the way, then the day you are expecting it, you receive an email that it’s out of stock and no longer available. Or like today, part of the package was arriving today, then they sent an Email saying carrier delayed order. I had the same thing happen with a jacket last year…never received it. I’m going to stop online ordering from them. So disappointing.

Uncomfortable

I used to love lifestride shoes.But it seems any ones I try to buy these days I end up returning. These were a very uncomfortable tight snug fit. Not being real leather i did not think even a break in period would help.
