Lace loops broke right away in Impulse Sneaker

In late November 2025 I purchased 7 pairs of shoes. Five were Christmas gifts to my daughter. She loved the Impulse Sneakers, Skipper Blue Stretch Fabric and saved them to take on a business trip the first week of January. The first time she put them on, the outer, upper loop on BOTH shoes broke free on one end before she could leave her hotel room. They were purchased as Final Sale items, so no returns, but these are defective shoes. I've read the store policies and none address the instance of a FINAL SALE item being also defective. I don't know what to do! These are cute shoes. She is disappointed and I am holding a pair of "tried on" shoes which are broken and not able to be "worn." I am attaching photos. Damage shoe sent to me.

The shoe eyelet broke as soon as I tried to tie the shoe so I never got to wear them

Runs Wide

I was surprised at how much room I had in the show as an 8W is typically a perfect fit. While I will most likely keep the shoe, my concern is friction when walking as I try to walk at least 3 miles four to five times per week. I would recommend the shoe to anyone as it is very comfortable, but please if you wear an 8W get a 8M. I may just reorder the medium for walking and use the wide for day-to-day wear.

Comfort and style

I've had mine for several months and I love them. I've been wearing bzees shoes for 5 years and these did not disappoint. You do have to be gentle with the laces, but I've washed these twice and have worn them anywhere from 1 day to 5 days in a week for months now and they have held up. I would buy again.
