Horribly uncomfortable.

I bought these shoes in a 9.5 M and they were too small. I exchanged them for a 10 Wide (larger than my normal size). The insides of the shoes (everywhere they touched my foot) was like sandpaper. Every stitch and seam was rough and caused irritation. Very, very uncomfortable.

Sometimes You've Got to Return Things

These are nice looking shoes, but they do run more narrow than expected. I plan to return them for a wider shoe, if they're available.

Did not deliver for Chrsitmas poor service

My order said it would be delivered by December 24, 2025. Now they are saying Jan 2, 2026 after Christmas. Now I will have to return this item because I have to buy it somewhere else in time for Christmas.
