Comfort and support

This is a good shoe but the support is not that great. It is a good width and shoe size for my feet as far as sizing. It is very nice looking ... even "elegant" considering it is a support shoe. These 2 things are important because I have a hammer toe on my left foot and work a reception job at a busy law firm. My 2 complaints are that the support is not great and the inner material feels 'gritty' as though there is sand inside the shoe (odd).
