Smile Sandal is way too big

I bought two pair and both are too wide. I've purchased many "Smile" sandals and the fit was always perfect.

Women's Smile 3 Wedge Sandal

Nice comfortable slide shoe. I was looking for a comfortable slide because l have a bone spur. The insole is firm but so comfortable. The color is so pretty for summer too. I purchased the shoe in white too. I love B zee style.The insole cushion is really comfortable.I ordered a perfect size 9 medium.

Not sure yet?!?!

I have been buying BZees for awhile. I have always been impressed with their comfort, flexibility and support. I was disappointed to find out that Lifestride now has BZees. I bought a pair of the blue smile. They looked similar to my BZees but they look cheaper. The fabric on top looks stiffer. I haven’t had them long enough to know about long term wear.

The 6M is a perfect fit!

I usually wear a 6 Wide, but the 6M is perfect! They're very light and comfortable. I needed to wash the white fabric and did so by hand, but the fabric yellowed. I see here that they're Machine Washable in cold water, so I'll try that next. Is it ok to use bleach on them?

Runs wide

These shoes run wide. I have over 50 pairs of Bzees. It's all I wear! This is the first shoe I encountered that didn't fit correctly!

These sandals were made accurate thanks God!!

They changed the brand to Lifestride, but it was Bzees before!! Since those changes , Some of these sandals are not made sometimes with accurate sizes and it’s a shame and lots of frustration, but today I received a pair of sandals that were well made and comfortable and accurate size and width!! Thank you so much!! Wowww .. Awesome job!!

New Lifestride redo is awful. Too wide!

I've been wearing Bzees for about 6 years. I've got 5 original pairs, which fit me like a dream. It seems that life stride redesigned Bzees. The redesign is awful. Material feels slightly cheaper, and they don't fit anymore. I received this smile sandal in a medium width but it's definitely a wide. They fall off my feet. Bzees are always perfectly snug. Not now. I will have to save these sandals for indoor winter slippers and wear them with heavy socks to make them fit. Wasted money. Why do companies after mergers and buyouts mess with a winning formula. Terrible! I would not recommend.
