Cute shoes but the heel is too high for me and the back strap is too big. I want to make it work but have to return them.

Nice shoe but

I wanted to like these shoes soo much because they are cute but the fabric underneath the toe hurt soo much left me a mark on my toes on both feet.

Delivery problem

I have not had a chance to say whether I like these shoes because UPS sent me a message indicating that the box was destroyed and there was no merchandise to deliver. I’m still waiting for Macy’s to acknowledge that my package was not delivered.
