Cute but uncomfortable

I ordered my normal size which is size 6 medium. The shoes look great but are very narrow so they are uncomfortable. Plus, there was no info on how to make returns.

Narrow and long

I'm normally an 8, but these must run big. Since the store didn't have them, I tried online. Maybe the 7 1/2 will fit better but they are Faux leather so I'm concerned they will be too tight

Delivery Service

It’s almost a month since i placed the order and i didn’t get my scandals yet. It’s because it’s said invalid address and it was sent back to sender. What I need to do is to contact the vendor, Macy’s, to coordinate the delivery again. I am not satisfied and disappointed because this is 1/3 part of my purchase, the rest of them has arrived already. I believe the address label was somehow destroyed while transferring. It’s causing inconvenience.
