Good value

Nice suitcase set. The checked in luggage is smaller than what is allowed on many airlines. We used the smaller bag as a personal item which was helpful.

Disappointing junk!!

I bought these for the specific size that I needed for my vacation in October. They are terrible!! They do not roll well or stand up when full. Will be throwing away because I am beyond return window.

I wasted my money on this defective luggage

This luggage set is terrible. I bought two sizes and both fall over even when lightly packed. And the part connected to wheels are separated on both. I tried to return to Macy’s and could only get store credit for the smallest and least expensive one because I took it on one trip. I insisted that I could not see that it was defective until I used it. I am planning to contact Madden. Do not buy this luggage. You will be disappointed

This bag didn't last one checked luggage trip. The wheel broke, the fabric that connects the wheel to the case ripped, and there are threads coming up from around the bag. Not good for plane travel.

Waste of money

first time using this suitcase got to the airport and the suitcase ripped. now I have to buy a new one to travel back from my international vacation.

Well Received Gift

This piece of luggage was given as a Christmas present. The receiver was smiling and the gift was well received. It was the perfect size for all the items brought in for the vacation and all the items received while visiting. The price was the final factor the made the decision to buy.

The make is not at all good, it's falling off if the suit case is even little loaded
