This is the best thing I for my long walks that I hope eventually, but if needed is there. It's so cute 😍 and I like cute fashionable things.

Let me explain

Received the item. It was in good excellent shape. However, the size is not what I expected and I want to return it. The Macy’s app says to contact seller. I completed that task 3 days ago, and I haven’t heard from anyone. The clock is ticking. If I take it to a Macy’s store, they will not return and tell me to contact the seller. I went to the seller’s website. There is no contact phone number or email available. Macy’s should be doing business with companies who drop the ball when it comes to returns. I’m stuck with something that I do t want. 😖😖😖
