Not leather as it says

I bought this because it says"Material: 100% Saffiano leather",but after I got it and found its tap shows it is all polyester....Then I started returned it.But today I got this item shipped back to me because UPS said this Like Dreams Company moved,I don't know how to do with it now? IS THIS COMPANY A CHEATER?
