Just okay

The faux leather was pretty good, good size too. I returned because I found the zippered section was too small and not very functional retrieving items. The two side areas were the most spacious and I wouldn’t be comfortable having my items in those areas. If the middle zipped section was larger I would have kept it.

Macys sent the wrong handbag

I'm rating this Macy's shopping experience with only 1 star because my purchase arrived so quickly. But i was sent the wrong handbag. I ordered a taupe colored mini satchel crossbody tote bag. Instead I received a huge, ugly, black handbag that is almost as big as i am. I'm so mad and disappointed about this. I called customer service to let them know of the error and I'm recuperating from surgery. I don't have time or strength to run to the post office or store to return. This is entirely Macy's fault and I'm stuck with a terrible handbag i hate and didn't order. This will probably be my last time ordering online from Macy's. I don't trust them to send the correct merchandise. I'm so disappointed because I've been a loyal long time customer. This terrible and ugly handbag isn't what i ordered and paid for.
