Like Dreams Nylon Tote Bag

Very disappointed with this bag. The one I received is not the same as what was in the picture. Handle in the picture has chain on the shorter handle and leather like strap for the longer one. Instead, the one I received had NO chain like handle but instead nylon handles. Also, it has a stain on the bag that cannot be removed. So disappointed for misleading and false advertising an item.
