This is customer service?

The purse is so cute that I received. However I ordered two colors and only received one. No explanation for why it was missing. I called customer service but they were no help. They indicated they would issue refund to the card I used to charge it. After 3 weeks of waiting they sent a Macy’s gift card rather than give me the credit to my card I used to purchase. I had to call again and actually argue with them to get my money. To this day no one could tell me why I didn’t get what I ordered
