wrong color bag was sent

I received the wrong color, the packing slip even had the sku number crossed out and handwritten. I got the bag on sale and cant figure out how to get it exchanged for the correct color. The website and costumer service wants me to return it but then I would have to repurchase it at full price.

Simply Perfect

Birthday gift for a 13 year old. Size, style, colors etc etc, everything all around is perfect about this bag, my niece loved it. The keychains it comes with is a huge plus. LOVE IT!
