I purchased a purse. But it was defective and broken. I called customer service. They were great and refunded me and said don’t bother sending it back. Now I get an email asking why I didn’t send it back. ?? I already had to wait a long time to speak to a representative to resolve this issue. So I am upset with the miscommunication on Macys end.

Touchdown called back.

This bag is cute, but all the rhinestones did not match up together, and it is visible. I was concerned with the glue loosening and loosing stones. I returned due to this reason.
