So disappointed with Macys

I ordered 2 things in 12/15 and they said 5 to 7 bus days. They totally lied! They had to have known it would not make it before Christmas, and within 48 hrs., it went to 12/26 and now went to 12/29. I would have never ordered if I knew it would be so late. I believe they knew this would happen before I ordered them. I hate being scammed and seriously looking forward to Macy's filing bankruptcy in 2026. If you are run by a bunch of coconuts that have not idea how to run a successful corporation, then failure if guaranteed. Really sad.

Just what I was looking for. I didn’t want something satin or silk. This is very feminine without those fabrics. The material is soft and the lace is not scratchy. The length is perfect and it hangs nicely

Order never complete was returned

Never received what I urderd fir my friend. Judy s lamidos no under part sent thru Aventura in a gray bag fri the same place I ordered a moth ago snd the green dress was never received. They when inwrnybyonpivk up the fess it never came. Tarnished the image of Nscuts. The one pive was returned and never will I order online thru Macys

I collect the product but not all items , only I found the robe but lines Donatella is not in the bag , So I need to receive call to tell me that it’s ready to collect
