Beautiful shower gift

Delivery and presentation was poor. The wrap looked cheap and the item was extremely wrinkled.

Order was never received

Ordered it Oct. 18,2025, but never got word from Macy store to pick it up. Order was never received..and am very upset.

Never received this item

It was supposed to come on the 18th, 19th, and 20th then the 23rd. I called back and they said it’s still in transition and it would be here on the 24th now. My Macys app still says the 20th. We will see what happens tomorrow. I needed it for an event on the 20th. All bad!!!
