very disappointed in Macys

I order this for a bridal shower, i did not opened to inspect but when the person i gave to opened it in front of everybody, i was never embrassed like that in my life. it look like it was a return that was never repackage properly. the tag was torn halfway and it had a paper tag staple on it.

Disappointing

I bought this to give my daughter for her bridal shower along with a robe from the website I thought matched. Well, the white lace on the “V” was not white but a beige almost brown color. Very upsetting.
