Wrong item delivered

Tried to return at a Macy’s store as the pajamas were for my sister who lives in an assisted living facility. The item delivered did not fit and were very scratchy, we had difficulty returning as the tag did not match the item ordered! I was not provided a receipt with the shipped item either. Supposedly, I am getting a mailed note and some kind of refund from Macy’s regarding this purchase and return, still waiting! I have not received anything, yet my card was charged and I paid my bill. (I do not like to be charged all of the extra fees) Macy’s, please retrain the warehouse workers to double check orders. When reading reviews, it seems that orders get mixed up quite a bit. And include receipts. Thanks!

Disappointed

Disappointed, I bought the black nightgown from this brand, but the quality wasn't the same for this set. The bottoms were very small and the lace on the top felt cheap and the satin material didn't lay flat.
