Attractive headboard for guest bedroom.

Disappointed

I was extremely disappointed when I opened and examined the contents, the headboard workmanship was extremely poor, there were multiple defects in the quality of the stitching, many of the holes diameter were either over sized, chipped. There were multiple carving in the finished wood. Respectfully I was surprising disappointed, this product is the only item that I wasn’t satisfied with shopping at Macys. I documented with pictures, started a return process immediately, customer service was very professional assisting me with the return process. Moreover, it wasn’t damaged by shipping process I experienced in receiving substandard workmanship headboard.

Nice plush headboard for the price

Nice plush headboard. The buttons are not evenly secured. Some buttons makes a noise, when firmly pressed in. The rubber wood rails are nicely finished, but the headboard wobbles when securely attached to the bedframe, .
