Lions Mane

I started a new health journey. I have been suffering from Perimenopas and issues that come with it. I heard great things about the benefits of Lions Mane. I love the taste and ease of taking this. I have felt the brain fog starting to go away. Great product!

Unknown Entity

First off I really like the few Mary Ruth’s products I’ve used. However, in the case of the lions mane, how can you get away without telling your customer what your products consists off? For all anyone knows, this could be glycerine with a pinch of ground up dried lions mane stirred into the batch. A super reputable product should be able to tell you the total mg of lions mane, an extract ratio (if it is in fact an extract), and whether it is from the mycelium and/or fruiting body (disclaimer - many brands seem to fall short on disclosing all of these details but there are several that I’ve found that do provide it all). This page and the photos of the label indicate none of that!? I’ve seen a photo of an old label that indicates all of this but the website does not seem to support that as current? That does not inspire confidence in a product that you “personally stand behind.” If you buy this product, I highly recommend you research recommendations on how to pick a good functional mushroom supplement and avoid the flood of bandwagon brands pushing junk. Unfortunately I’ve found a lot of reputable brands with low quality, low concentration mycelium powder which is a waste of money. I’m not saying this is junk, I’m just saying that they sadly don’t feel the need disclose this information, which makes me wonder why not?

Holy cow!

My moooood! Let me tell you about the last 5 years...... Well I won't, but I have been struggling with my mood and have had a short temper for a while now. Since I started taking this three weeks ago I've felt better than I can remember. I've been WAY more patient with my young child and with my fiance. I've been smiling more and feel like I have energy. I haven't sat down nearly as much! I feel motivated and just happy. Sad that it's out of stock because I'm getting low! Hope it's back soon!

Disappointed

Received an email with an offer for $20 off my next purchase. I ordered more Lion's Mane, when I was completing my order I added the code for the $20 off and received a message that the offer was invalid for my order. Very disappointed
