Rug Review

Nice rug but it arrived with a snag/pull in it at the end of the rooster's beak. I unwrapped it today as it was for a second home vs primary residence. Return window "closed" which I think is "wrong" if the merchandise is defective when received. Lesson learned - won't buy rugs from Macy's again.
