Delivered folded , deep creases.

Low Quality -large rug was delivered, folded in thirds so deep creases once on floor. Customer service advices to let time allow to flatten- will see. The color is good. If creases do not resolve soon they said to call to return due to defect.

The fact that you asked me about my purchase is proof of the COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE OF YOUR ORDERING SYSTEM. I received an email on 4/11 advising my item was backordered. Less than 2 hours later I received another email saying my item had shipped and included a link to track my shipment. That showed it would be delivered by 4/18. When I checked my credit card it showed you had charged me twice for the one item. I called your Customer Service and the first person I talked to confirmed the item had been shipped. They transferred me to credit who said it had not been shipped. At this point I have no idea what the status of my order is or when to expect it, if ever.
