looks like a returned item

The doll was not packaged properly. All items were not wrapped in plastic and the tissue paper was torn and looked used. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. And it was mailed in the box it came in and that has scuff marks on it and a label. I can’t give this as a gift!! It looks like I was sent a returned item. Macys you can do better than this!!
