Beautiful headband, poor quality

This headband broke within 10 minutes of wearing it. One of the flowers became unstuck. I have tried to reach out to the online chat to return this piece and both times I have communicated, it has not been recognised

Beautiful headband for a flower girl!

Purchased this for my one year old daughter to wear to a wedding as a flower girl. Looked stunning and matched perfectly with her white dress. I’m sure she’ll get lots of wear out of this headband on other occasions too. Gorgeous headband and good quality for such an affordable price!
