Might be nice but never arrived

I ordered three items that seem to be very cute, of which this is one. But none have arrived and it’s been difficult to get an update. The tracking said it should have been here last Wednesday but the message says there has been some kind of exception not due to the carrier. When I attempted to “chat” with customer service, I was told I would be updated within 11 days but it’s in transit. So I have no clue as to the status. Then I get this email to review a non delivered set of products.
