If you do not have it do not let me buy it!

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my grand daughter. You processed my order and gave me a confirmation number. A day later I get an email that says it’s out of stock and you are cancelling my order! If you don’t have the product, don’t let me purchase it! This is the second purchase I have made and you processed my order and then days later email me it’s either out of stock or on back order. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! YOU HAVE SUCKED THIS YEAR MACY’S!
