Disappointed
I’ve always loved Carter’s. My baby has worn their clothes since day one — great brand, I thought. But now? Terrible experience. I bought a Little Planet outfit, washed it once — ONE TIME — and the stitching came loose. I went to the Tustin, CA store, and they just kept repeating, over and over, “can’t return, can’t resell.” No care, no feeling, nothing. Sad! Carter’s used to be about families and quality. Now it’s all about money. Very disappointing — a total letdown.

Shrunk before getting to wear
Shrunk a ton on the first wash on cold and delicate dry, so much that we won't even be able to wear. Total waste of money. Super disappointed since they are cute.

Little Planet sleeper with pumpkin harvest
A orange and off white sleeper for a newborn baby. It is very cotton soft. It has a zipper that goes from neck to foot.
