Sad about my rug

Love the look but hate the shedding

I bought this rug about 6 months ago. I absolutely love the color. It looks perfect in my living room. However, it sheds like crazy. Fur ball like dust bunnies everywhere. For a rug that is very expensive, it shouldn’t be doing this. Every time I vacuum, I fill the canister completely with residue from rug. I have this stuff all over my house. It looks like I haven’t cleaned immediately after I have cleaned. My brand new roomba even quit after going over it once and it won’t work anymore. Very sad!
