Falls Flat!

The colors are so pale compared to the illustration. Disappointed to the point of tears as I had visualized how this rug would complement my decor. The texture is flat and hard, like the cheapest rug I have ever seen. To add insult to injury, took it to my local store for return and was told I need to send it back via UPS.
