Return of rug

It took 2 1/2 months to get my credit for my return. The item was returned with several other items that were credited to my account on October 10. For some reason I didn't receive the credit until today Dec 21 with a text saying they gave me credit and I could keep the rug. I don't have the tug. It was returned when UPS 9picked it up with my other items!
