Not as pictured

I just opened it up, and it is not the warm neutral beige, brown and blacks as it looks in the photo...this one (and I can only speak of this one) is a very cool gray (bluish) in tone. So disappointed as I loved this rug. The rug itself, had it been the correct color looks fine.
