Bad costumer service

One star is for Macys. I can’t review the product because I never received it. Contact the costumer service and they could not help me, they said that they do not deal with the third part service even I ordered it from them.I did contact the L’occitane and they could not help me since I bought it from Macys. Never will buy anything from Macys anymore
