Bad experience

I ordered from Macy and when I got it the item was damaged, I went to get it return but Macy staff said it is the third party, you have to directly email them. I feel like they should be responsible for it, I paid to them so they have to help me get refund. So next time be careful when order third party from Macy, they will not take care of it
