Leak-proof

Every time I buy a container I do a check if its leak-proof and it is !!!! I filled it with water, closed it back. (by the way its easy to open and close) and shook it like a maraca and it worked! No leakage. It’s perfect for storing ham. I like that its clear so you can see what your storing in the fridge.

Broke Under Normal Use-Macy's Doesn't Care At All

I have used this maybe six times in the last year since I got it. Last night one of the plastic tabs broke off when I was closing it. The other three tabs are still fine. This is the only issue I have had with this. When I called Macy's fully expecting them to stand behind the manufacturer's warranty, they gave me the company's phone number which I discovered when I tried it, is no longer a working number. There is no street address nor email address for them. Multiple calls to Macy's customer service, including speaking to two supervisors gave me no satisfaction at all!! No one seems to care that the item is defective and failed. All I hear is that it is beyond the 90 days allowed for returns. I can't believe there is no recourse for me!
