So happy to finally have this!

I love cast iron cookware! That said this is a marvelous dutch oven. Made a pot roast on my maiden voyage and it turned out perfect! Literally browned it, popped it in the oven and went about my day. Meat was very moist. Only thing that someone may want to consider is that this a very HEAVY piece of cookware, so if you lack upper body strength beware.

The Best!

Well made! I bought all of the Lodge Logic product that Macy's has. It is most wonderful cast iron product. I use this 7qt for when all my children visiting us. and it is perfect for big family.
