No delivery, no refund. I was scammed.

I never received my order. Fed Ex said they delivered it but the picture of the box was on someone else’s doorstep. I confirmed the address was correct with 3 different people. I sent Fed Ex the form they had to report a problem with the delivery. I never heard back from them. I talked to two different customer service agents at Macys who said they would process a refund. I never got a confirmation for either request and I never got a refund. So I’m out the money for an item I never received. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in Macys. I won’t be shopping there again.
