Disappointment

This mat is slippery and moves around a lot. It's not good for yoga. Maybe it's good for something where you are not moving around much, but I'm disappointed with the quality of this. It's really light weight, like foam, but not sturdy. I weighted down the end b/c it keeps curling under but the weights are working. I bought this to replace a mat I bought at Target years ago because it's finally starting to peel in some spots but I'm going to keep using it. I can't use this one as a replacement, it's too slippery.

Really love this mat for yoga. I lay it on hardwood floor and it gives plenty of comfort, support and cushion. It is very solid and does not slide or slip.

What a nice mat! Its thick and very comfortable to work out on.

Soft but durable

This is a great yoga mat. I practically wore through my last one and this is obviously better quality and provides great shock absorption for cardio. Highly recommend!
