Need more room at the top.

Love the this double breasted coat. The only problem that I have noticed from coats I purchase at Macy's is that they are tight at the top. I don't like to feel that tightness when I raise my arms or cross my arms. I thought I would try the MED how instead of the SM, but it is not available.
