Great if you're a private eye...

Too structured and stiff for my taste. The fit seems ok, just too fitted to wear over sweaters. Returned.

Beautiful trenchcoat!

I've loved London Fog for years. I was pleased to see that they are still in business, still make these, and that Macy's carried them. This is a wonderful coat for warmer winter, or cool fall and spring days, especially when it's raining. I love the length, as I am tall. I also like to get as much protection from wet weather as possible. That said, I wish it buttoned down a little further. I may put some Velcro down the bottom front to hold it closed. The coat is very well made, and the materials seem to be of the highest quality. I got a really good deal on this too; I paid less than half the MSRP. All in all, I couldn't be happier with it.

Wasn't what I expected

The coat was well made and fit correctly however, I did not like where the belt fell on me. I am 5'5'' and the beIt sat higher than my waist and I didn't like how it felt. I returned the coat and am disappointed it didn't work out. I would recommend trying it on before purchasing.

A Very Nice and Stylish Trench Coat

I would give this coat 5 Stars, but it is just too long! I do love it though and feel very stylish when I wear it. I think it will be warm enough even in the cold winter months. I thought about returning it because of the length, but don't think I would find anything I like as well.

Perfection

I am 5'4" & the coat fit Me mid calf as expected from the measurements. It's not lightweight, nor is it heavy. It is substantial & NOT meant to be your winter coat. The size is spot on to measurements being truthfully considered. It is very slimming as well, as black tends to be. The only disappointment I have is there were no extra buttons. I found that truly odd for ANY garment, especially for a company such as London Fog. They have cut corners with the no lining thing, but no buttons too? Really London Fog, I hope you listen to your loyal customers & stop cutting corners before you start offering raincoats with a only one sleeve?! Ha

Not So Good!

Nice coat but it runs small and it wrinkles really bad and it’s light weight. The length is great. I returned it back to Macy.
