London Fog has never disappointed me! I am surprised at the large amount of extra room that I have in this 24" suitcase from my 21" suitcase.

Wheels were super smooth. Loved all the pockets for shoes and stuff. Great size to fill it up but stay under 50 pounds!

I wanted a larger suitcase, and it certainly fits that requirement. It’s attractive and it stands out from all the black suitcases in baggage claim. It had some untrimmed thread, one that held sides of a zipper together and others that were hanging from seams. It wasn’t finished as well as I hoped. I would have liked more possible internal divisions to help keep organization.

Mixed review here, i love the look of this suitcase and I’m excited to use it, but it came without any packaging materials but was covered in crumbs of styrofoam and glitter. I’m hoping I can somehow get it all off before my trip next week, but I’m not really sure how this happened.

Something structurally wrong. Falls over when packed

My London Fog Newcastle 20" Spinner Suitcase is wonderful. The size is perfect and accomodates my belongings quite well. I love the color and it maneuvers quite well. Thanks Macy's for another excellent product.

I ordered this luggage on Friday and got it on Saturday, it was very quick. It looks very nice , but I didn’t use it yet . If it doesn’t rip or the zipper break during my long overseas trip , it means that it’s good quality. Keep my fingers cross .

love it, very sturdy suitcase. the only sad part is the light color was covered in black stains after going through the airport
