Disappointed

I have several other London Fog winter coats, all being XL/0X and I ordered a size up in this one because I really liked the style. To my surprise it is too tight across the shoulders and bust. The sleeves are 3-4 inches too short. I'm really disappointed in how off the sizing is. And to think I was worried that it would have been too big!
