Wrong item shipped

I never received this raincoat. I was sent another, different manufacturer. I returned it looking for a credit. Macy’s returned it back to me stating it was not their product. It clearly is, as it is listed on the Macy’s website. I am now being charged for a coat I never received

I wanted a trench for a long time, I'm happy with my purchase from Macy's and the coat is beautiful,well cut and has all the details . It brings me back to a time long ago. It's warmer,thicker and so far cleanable I like that it checks all my boxes . Like the way I feel wearing the trench coat.
