Problem with the inside of the boot

something is sticking out the back of the boot on the inside. I was going to send them back for an exchange but after reading comments everyone is saying the same thing.

Lacks Functionality, Almost Perfect!

I Like the design, looks sturdy and warm. Only reason why I am returning it is because in the inside of the shoe, where the back of your foot rests, it is unleveled. Lacks that smooth continuity on the inside. The material rubs against the back of the foot; in time will cause serious pain and blisters.

Super cute but disappointing

These are very cute boots…and then you put them on. The area where the rubber meets the fabric is solid and rubs your Achilles heel to the point that it makes these unwearable. So disappointing. Also, the stretchy band is not adjustable so even if you tighten the laces the band will just flop around. They're going back. :(
