Dirty of the sides

I don’t understand how these pair of shoes were new and clean on the sole but on the sides I had to clean them hard to see if the dust/dirt could come off. Now I’m gonna think twice before I ordered from this seller or I’ll avoid the dissatisfaction and disappointment by not buying from this seller. I was going to return them and reordered but after cleaning my new shoes they look okay. No quality control, no common sense, selling products in unacceptable conditions.
