Disappointed

They're just ok looking and near impossible to walk in. There are much more dull in color vs the photo and the bow is crushed down and I can't get it to come back to life.

I never received the heels & I ordered them on October 24th I have yet to received my money back The shoes are no longer in stock and Macy's has not help me in the least bit.
