Comfortable in hot weather

Sized perfectly for petites. Wore to an outside graduation. The bust is cut for someone with a bigger cup size like a C. I felt like I could heave had it altered just a tad for a better fit, but it wasn’t necessary. I got a few compliments on the outfit.
