Pretty dress but arm holes too big

I ordered red with white dots and loved it! I sized up to a 10P, and it was very flattering in the bust and waist. It's a bit long for my taste, but I could have lived with that. The problem is the armholes are cut too low. I'm high hipped, 5'4", with a 36D bust, and weigh 125 pounds.

Who doesn't like polka dots!

Cute polka dot dress

I like the fit and flare style dress and this polka dot print just made it in my opinion. I did end up getting it a size bigger and it was a better, more comfortable fit. I usually wear a 6P but this one is an 8P. (I’m 5’3” and 124 lbs for reference.)
