Sleeves a bit too much

I liked the cut of this dress but the v-neckline is very low on me (4P) and the waist hits me lower than I would like as well. The material is very nice but the sleeve design is a bit too much. I would have preferred a more subtle design.

Pretty sleeves

Pretty dress, but the proportions were off for me, so I sent it back. Bought a petite 12. Fits true to size, just not for me.
