Surprisingly nice for the price

I am returning this dress primarily because the area below the waist is too big on me and a smaller size probably would be tight on top. I'm not a curvy girl so I didn't fill out the hip area. The quality of the dress is nice but it's a light weight knit that's better suited to warmer weather and I'm looking for items I can wear during NY winters. The dress could be improved with a zipper rather than having to pull it over your heard. All things considered it is definitely worth trying.
